Preparation is the most important part of the refinishing process: It is the key to a long-lasting,

durable finished tub. Therefore, a majority of the work is spent cleaning; using bio-degradable

solutions that remove any dirt, debris, soap scum, mildew, stains, and creases from the tub. The

original glaze is also removed for coatings to permanently attach once applied. After the tub is

treated, we begin the spraying process.

Applying a bonding adhesive primer first will help the paint bond to each tub or tile, as well as

prevent any peeling. When this is done, we begin painting using a turbine spraying system -

rather than a compressed air spray - which allows us to minimize odors and fumes. Low VOC

paints are used for CLEANER AIR, NO STRONG ODORS, EASIER CLEANUP, and LONG-LASTING DURABILITY.
